Polkadoodles Challenge

The New Challenge at Polkadoodles this week is all about oriental or Anything goes, so I have used things from the amazing New Dollie Daydreams goes East CD by Nikky ,and I hope you will love it as much as me. Its a modern twist on oriental , Bright ,young, funky and full of fun ,its absolutely jam packed with papers that are to die for ,images ,digis, sentiments , embellishments and more.

Graph'it Challenge

Hi everyone ,New challenge starts to day at the amazing Graph'it Markers blog ,and two very talented ladies have joined the team, so please welcome Anjie and Zoe.

This weeks challenge is amazing its all about hair colour ,you can let your imagination go wild.I thought I'd use an image from the fabulous NEW CD ,Dollie Daydreams goes East ,its from Polkadoodles , hope you love this CD as much as I do, its jam packed with goodies and has a modern twist on oriental .The ginger jar was cut on my cameo

Tuesday Challenge at Digi Choosday

Yes its Tuesday once again ,and time for a new challenge at Digi Choosday.This week it's all about ? cant tell , you need to pop over and take a look .I have used a digi from one of my favourite CD collections ,she is called Sporty Billie and is available as a digi download,I have coloured her with graph'it markers. I also used one of the papers from Christmas Joy download bundle , BUT I forgot to take a picture of the inside before I sent it ,Oh you think that's bad ,well listen to this ,going for a take away list night ,got to the shop ,every one looking at me ,only had a slipper on I foot and my shoe on the other ,told every one I had bust my toe,

Polkadoodles Challenge GIRLY

This is my first DT make for Polkadoodles Challenge and I'm so thrilled ,as most of you know I am also on the DT at Digi Chooseday  so I guess I'm now a fully fledged Polkadoodler .The CD I have used is just fab and its The NEW Dolly Daydreams  available to order from Our very talented Nikky at Polkadoodles .

I thought I would make this box with drawers

 (will be adding tutorial to my blog very soon )

I have used papers from the CD to cover and toppers to embellish the inside , digi stamps from the CD for the outside and coloured with Graph'it Markers ,for the flowers I also used papers from the CD 

.

GRAPH'IT Markers Challenge

A new challenge starts today at Graph'it Markers Challenge blog ,this week its all about Spring Lilacs ,I just adore that colour ,and in the Graph'it colour range there are some amazing shades of Lilacs ,lavenders and purples .The image I have used is from Aurora Wings she is just so pretty and elegant ,I really enjoyed colouring this one.

This week I thought instead of a card I would make a picture frame ,it was cut on my cameo and I used 4 pieces of card then glued them  together  ,cut out a 5th piece but didn't cut out the centre ,this was for the back ,I used the centres to make the stand for the back , embossed  with UT embossing powder sprinkled on Frantage and other glitters while still soft , then embellished with things from my stash
DONT FORGET Nikky will be on Create and Craft on Tuesday at 1 pm , it's going to be a fantastic show so don't miss it

For the Boys - Digi Choosday challenge week 2

This week I have had so much fun making this card ,its for my Grandsons 8th Birthday .

I have used paper from Love will Flourish and the Digi image is from Bonbon Belles CD

I have used graph'it markers to colour him in

This was great fun ,I love doing 3d projects and seeing how they turn out.

I cut most of my projects out on my Cameo this is a great asset to me as sometimes my hands don't want to work. There are lots of places on the net were you can find amazing templates both for cutting machines and hand cut

Over the next few weeks I will put a page on my blog with some links for the files.

Nikky at Polkadoodles has started putting cutting files on her amazing CD,you should pop over to the web site ,you will be amazed at the things she has in store.

Graph'it Challenge ,Shades of Brown my 1st DT Make

 I Was absolutely over the moon when I got an email from The lovely and very talented Nikky Hall.
She  told me there is a place for me on the Graph'it  Design Team  !It was like Christmas all over again ,I feel so privileged to have been asked  to work with such a talented team, their   work is just amazing .Pop over and take a look at The Graph'it Marker challenge blog and the amazing DT makes
So I am a little bit nervous as this is my first DT make ,A colour I don't use very often is Brown ,I think like a lot of people ,that Im a little bit frightened of  the very dark shades, but at the end of the day its only a piece of paper.
So onto the Challenge ,Yes its Shades of Brown, and this I have to say was a challenge for me , but I was  pleased how it turned out as it was my first attempt at brown,  so I hope you like it as much as I do.
